Returns policy

Every Symdey piece is cut and sewn after you order it. Here is how returns work on orders from our UK site.

Standard sizes — 14 days to change your mind

You can cancel an order for a standard-size piece (UK 6–24 from our size chart) within 14 days of the day you receive it, without giving a reason. Tell us within that time, then send the piece back unworn, with its tags, within a further 14 days. We refund the price you paid and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving it back. Return postage is paid by you.

Made-to-measure pieces

A piece cut to your own measurements is made to your specification, so the 14-day cancellation right does not apply. If it arrives faulty or not as described, your statutory rights still apply: contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.

Please check the size guide, or send your own measurements through the custom-size option. If anything is unclear, ask us before ordering; we reply within one business day.
